“I am Loyce G. Nsulwa, a second-year student pursuing an Ordinary Diploma in Electrical and Biomedical Engineering at Arusha Technical College. At first, my future felt unclear— I had the interest, but I didn’t have the direction. Everything changed when I joined the Digital Training Skills for Girls, a FUES program that empowers young women in technology.

Through that program, my eyes opened. I discovered my potential, understood the path I wanted to follow, and gained confidence in a field that once felt unreachable. FUES has truly shaped my vision and strengthened my journey in engineering.
