I’m thrilled to share my experience after joining the STEM mentorship program conducted by FUES (Foundation for Upcoming Engineers and Scientists)). This program has been a life-changing journey for me. I am currently pursuing a BACHELOR IN CHEMICAL AND PROCESSING ENGINEERING AT UNIVESITY OF DAR ER SALAAM 4 TH YEAR 2023/2024, and I owe a significant part of my success to the invaluable guidance and support I received through the mentorship program.

The STEM mentorship program provided me with the opportunity to connect with experienced professionals in the field of engineering, who shared their knowledge and insights. Through their guidance, I gained a deeper understanding of the world of civil engineering and the various career paths it offers.

The program not only enhanced my academic knowledge but also helped me develop essential soft skills, including time management, teamwork, and effective communication. It has boosted my confidence and ambition, motivating me to strive for excellence in my studies and future career.

I am truly grateful to FUES for their commitment to fostering young talent in the STEM fields. This program has been instrumental in shaping my educational and professional aspirations. I look forward to applying the knowledge and skills I’ve gained in my civil engineering studies and making a positive impact in the field.
