My name is Irene Gasper, and I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Dodoma.

Becoming a nurse has always been my dream, but the journey was not easy. What made the difference was the support I received from FUES. They guided me, encouraged me, and opened doors that I could never have imagined on my own.

Through FUES, I was not only mentored but also connected to an internship opportunity at Bugando Lugalo Hospital. That experience gave me the confidence, the skills, and the exposure I needed to step into the health field with purpose.
