FUES gave me the exposure and encouragement I needed to pursue my dream career. Through their
programs, I learned the importance of hard work, mentorship, and believing in my potential.

Today, I am a Civil Engineering student at Mbeya University of Science and Technology, and FUES
continues to mentor me—helping me gain more skills in civil engineering as well as connecting me
with civil construction companies for practical experience.
